1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, health & hygiene products, and digital downloads are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@worldmart.com.bd or call +88 01977 200 404 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear images of the product if applicable.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  4. Ship the product to the address provided in our return confirmation email.
  5. Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or replacement within 7 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.


3. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If you paid via cash on delivery (COD), we will issue a store credit or bank transfer refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
  • If an order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, etc.)
  • Health and personal care products (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, hygiene products)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Digital products, gift cards, and software downloads
  • Items marked as Final Sale
